Legal Affairs

The Legal Affairs Department is responsible for:

  • Considering, studying and following up legal matters pertaining to the Council’s activities, in coordination with the units.

  • Expressing opinion on legal matters pertaining to the Council’s business, and subjects referred there to

  • Investigate facts and violations attributed to the personnel of the Council, and by the legal opinion and recommendations, and to present them to the committee and follow up the implementation of adopted decisions.

  • Prepare and review drafts of legislative tools of the Council.

  • Prepare and review draft contracts, agreements and memoranda of understanding falling within the jurisdiction of the Council and submit recommendations in respect thereof to the committee.
