Development update of Qatar Healthcare Facility Master Plan ( QHFMP ).
Continue the development of facilities (Temporary & permanent) needed to implement the Single Male Workers’ health strategy and ensure the identification and contract agreement with appropriate operator(s).
Development of a 15 Year Health Workforce Development Plan, to include strategies for optimizing the skill mix within the health sector, development of new classes of health care workers, and team-based service delivery models.
Enhance communication and strategic partnerships with stakeholders to unify efforts towards main goals of healthcare workforce needs in Qatar.
Establish the National Health Workforce Development Committee.
