Medical examination of applicants for Qatari nationality

One of the services provided by the Medical commission department is the Medical examination Service for Qatari nationality applicants. The service is provided to ensure that the applicant for Qatari nationality is free from any infectious diseases that may conflict with the acquisition of Qatari citizenship.​​

It is carried out in PHC centers.​

Guides and tips:
  1. Fasting is not required to conduct a medical examination (except for some tests that require this).
  2. Inform the registration officer / employee of any previous reviews of the Medical Commission.
  3. Ensure that all scheduled medical exams are done before leaving the administration building.
  4. Informing the specialists of the departments: registration, radiology, laboratory, medical department in cases of: pregnancy, old injuries, surgeries or who suffer from allergies or phobias, before the start of the examination.
  5. The result of the medical examination is approved within a period of 24 hours to several days, according to the prescribed tests.
  6. We recommend that the person in charge of work is not entrusted with a proven fitness suit.
  7. Keep the registration receipt and present it upon review or conduct the examination again.
  8. Management notice in case of changing the mobile phone number.
  9. Company representatives must be present with their employees until the completion of the medical examination procedures.
  10. The administration is not responsible for any belongings lost from the auditors inside the administration building.
  11. Only applicants for medical examination and their representatives are allowed to enter, as well as those accompanying people with special needs or those whose condition requires accompanying persons.
  12. You must respond to SMS messages that are sent from the administration in cases of requesting a re-blood test, x-ray, or a proven lack of health fitness
  13. The sponsor should consult the specialist doctor to inquire about the health status of the sponsored person in case of requesting the return of examinations, while observing his instructions
  14. It is allowed to inform the applicant of the medical examination of the results of his examinations when requesting a re-examination or lack of health fitness.
