Attestation of sick leave certificates

Document sick leave issued by the electronic system (e-jaza) for using abroad
​This service enables applicants to attest sick leave certificates issued from the e-Jaza system in order to be used outside the State of Qatar.
The applicant must view the details and fill in the attached form and submit it along with the other required attachments to the relevant authority at the Ministry of Public Health

Required documents for application:
  • ​Signed and stamped e-Jaza certificates that are required to be attested by DHP.​
