The first step (before construction) for licensing a pharmaceutical factory is obtaining initial approval to establish a pharmaceutical factory within the State of Qatar

Requirements:

Request to Director of Pharmacy & Drug Control Department for initial approval.
Fill out application of an existing building.
Copy of commercial registration, business license
Copy of I.D of the owner

All documents are e-mailed to:
inspection&narcotic@moph.gov.qa

After receiving and reviewing the documents, they are granted:

Initial approval to open a pharmaceutical facility in the State of Qatar.
Grant a letter addressed to the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Criminal Evidence and Information Department, Ministry of Interior, to obtain a police clearance certificate for the owner.

2 working days.
