Is one of the services provided by the Department of Financing and Health Insurance. the Department receives, processes complaints submitted by customers concerning health insurance, and address, handles such complaints in line with public benefit . This service is directed towards to health care providers, Health insurance providers, third-party officials,  intermediaries, as well as beneficiaries from citizens, expatriates and visitors.​
