​The Dementia Plan aims at improving the process of collecting and using data in a group of areas related to dementia. Policies can only prove effective when results are measured, and this is the case with dementia. It is expected that this plan will contribute to improving how information is recorded in that field and any related health conditions, it would also apply a standardized approach to data collection.​
