Required Documents:
- A letter from the employer explaining the position for which it is nominated.
- Residence permit or original passport.
- Print the medical examination form showing the mobile number and attached with a recent photo.
Disclaimer:
- The original registration receipt must be presented when receiving the medical fitness certificate.
Notes:
- Qataris and GCC citizens are registered with the health centers of the Primary Health Care Corporation, each according to its health center.
- Fees for this examination are (50) Qatari riyals.
