Service provided by the Drug Registration and Pricing Section in the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Control, through which it approves the registration of Marketing Authorization Holder for pharmaceutical products. if the required conditions are met.

Conditions:

Prior approval of applicant registration as an Agent

Requirements:

Legalized contract agreement between the MAH company and the Agent.
Legalized registration certificate of the MAH company in the country of origin.
List of products, Showing generic and trade names.
Legalized relationship letter between the MAH company and the manufacturer(s).
Legalized relationship letter between the main company and affiliated branch(s) if available.
Registration certificate of the MAH Company in gulf countries and other countries (if available).

Note: Legalized means the document should be authenticated from embassy of Qatar in country of origin.

Process flow:

Submission of MAH registration request on PDCD online e-system by the authorized agent.
Review and assessment of the request and inform the agent with any further requirements or clarifications.
Inform the Agent with the final decision.
