Medical examination service for obtaining a medical license
Medical examination service for obtaining a medical license is among the services provided by the Medical commission Department. The service is provided as a medical examination to issue a medical license for an applicant. The examination is carried out to ensure that the applicant is eligible for such license according to laws and regulations. Provided by the Administrative and Support Services department, health workers may use this service.
The required documents:
- Residence permit or original passport.
- A letter from the party requesting the medical examination (in case of applying for the first time).
- Fill out the medical examination application form prepared by the administration with a mobile number written on it and attached with a copy of the previous license (in case of renewal)
Note:
- The original registration receipt must be submitted to the medical department upon receipt of the examination report.
- Fees for this examination are (50) Qatari riyals.
