Any entity wishing to practice any of the activities related to the health insurance scheme must

Each of these entities shall register with the department to provide the primary or additional healthcare services or both.
These entities shall maintain the validity of registration and renew the registration certificate annually.
Practicing any of these activities without registering or contracting with unregistered entities shall expose its owner to the penalties set forth in the law link
Registration shall be done electronically through the portal of registration set for this purpose.
